{"id":7528,"date":"2020-04-20T05:21:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T09:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fadingstar.mx\/?p=7528"},"modified":"2024-01-15T18:58:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T18:58:32","slug":"lady-liberty-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/v4.fadingstar.mx\/2020\/04\/20\/lady-liberty-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Lady Liberty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hovering over the waters and watching civilization being built over and over again:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dead rising from their graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The others, picking up shovels and helping dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cities being built and destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And built and destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And built and destroyed again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m like, this is taking a long time \u2014 why is this necessary?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every single time, I watch an angry and ancient goddess who looks like the Statue of Liberty , rising out of the ground and destroying civilizations and men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They attack her and she smites them all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They try to bury her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They try to encapsulate her in concrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>But over and over and over again , she rises and demolishes everyone and everything in her path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The people are black and white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They have outdoor ceremonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes they worship Lady Liberty. And they are smitten again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes it\u2019s more peaceful and productive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then I\u2019m starting to realize the purpose she serves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To slay wicked civilizations and men who harm the earth and her people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hovering over the waters and watching civilization being built over and over again: The dead rising from their graves.
